Brenda Amboyan

I am originally from the Detroit, Michigan area. I relocated to Charlotte County in 1986, transitioning from a bustling metropolitan environment to a tranquil, waterfront community.

My real estate journey began in property management in 2004, where I swiftly grew Elite Home Management of SW Fla Inc. A few years later, I expanded into seasonal rentals with EHM Rentals. Today, as a Licensed Real Estate Broker who actively sells properties, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.

I hold several certifications and designations, including the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation, the BPOR (Broker Price Opinion and the rest is the same. The PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) certification enhances my ability to develop effective pricing strategies that maximize value and align with market conditions. Additionally, I am certified in RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist) and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource), and hold the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations from the National Association of Realtors. I also hold the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation, further refining my expertise in assisting buyers.

With over 38 years living in this community and more than 20 years in real estate—including property management, seasonal rentals, and sales—I offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
