My name is Brenda Amboyan, I am originally from the Detroit, Michigan area. I moved to Charlotte County in 1986 from a bustling metropolitan area to a then, sleepy, waterside community.
I started my real estate career in property management in 2004, growing Elite Home Management of SW Fla Inc, very quickly. A few years later I moved forward to add seasonal rentals with EHM Rentals. I am a Licensed Real Estate Broker and through continuing education have earned the certifications of BPOR, PSA, RSPS and SFR and hold the designations of GRI and SRES with The National Association of Realtors. Living in this community for 38 plus years with 20 plus years in real estate, including property management, seasonal rentals and sales I bring to the real estate transaction the knowledge and experience required to help buyers and sellers realize their dreams.
